How to make an electronic wedding invitation for WhatsApp

Pick a design, type your names, date and venue, check the live preview, and send the one link you receive. Guests open it in their phone browser with no app and no account, and it looks the same on iPhone and Android.

What do I need before I start?

Have five things ready: the names as the families write them, the date (and the Hijri date if you want it), the time, the name and city of the venue, and the wording you will use. Agree the wording with the elders first, because changing it later means changing the card.

A map location and a song are optional but guests use both.

How do I make it, step by step?

Open the editor and choose a design. You can open every design full screen, exactly as guests will see it. Type the details and watch the card change; the preview is free and carries a watermark until you order.

When you are happy, pay by CliQ in Jordanian dinars. We then send you the clean link on WhatsApp. The invitation itself costs 20 JOD.

How should I send it on WhatsApp?

Send the link in a personal chat with a short greeting by name, not as a mass forward. WhatsApp shows a preview card with the names and date, so guests know what the link is before they tap.

Here is a short message in the library's warm tone:

Hi!
We would love you to be with us for Reem & Ahmad.

Oasis Hall, Amman

It would mean more to us than you know.

How do I know who is coming?

A link alone cannot tell you who is coming, because WhatsApp ticks only show delivery and reading. For replies you need a personal RSVP link for each guest or family, which Dawati sets up with an access code from the studio.

Questions and answers

Can I make a wedding invitation for free?

You can design and preview it for free. The clean link without a watermark is paid.

Will it work on every phone?

Yes. It opens in the phone's normal browser, on iPhone and Android, with nothing to install.

Can I send it in Arabic and English?

Each invitation is in one language. For mixed guests, make two links and send each family the one they read.
