Luxury digital wedding invitations, kept simple

Luxury in an invitation is mostly restraint: good type, a few colours, room to breathe and a tone that suits the family. Our formal designs follow that rule, and the price stays at 20 JOD.

The formal designs

Ivory & Gold is warm and traditional. Bordeaux is deep and evening-like. Royal Night is dark with gold detail, Pearl is soft and quiet, and Black & White is sharp and modern. Each one is drawn for Arabic and for English.

Open each in full screen from the designs page and compare them on your own phone; a screen on the table tells more than a description.

Wording that matches

A formal card needs formal words. Choose the Arabic invitation line that fits your family, add a verse or du'a if you wish, and write names in the order your families use. For English, the same care applies to titles and the way the hosts are named.

Our guide to Gulf invitation wording gives examples for different tones, from tribal and formal to light and modern.

Music and details

A slow instrumental piece from the library sets the tone when the envelope opens. Add a photograph, the plan of the evening and a ladies-only line for women's evenings when it applies.

Everything on the card is yours to edit, so luxury does not mean a template you cannot change.

Are there exclusive designs?

Yes. Dawati has 10 designs: free, premium and exclusive, with prices shown on the pricing page. If you have a special request, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

The studio behind Dawati has photographed and filmed weddings for over thirty years, which is why the cards are made with a wedding's pace in mind.

Questions and answers

Is a luxury design more expensive?

It depends on the design: there are free, premium and exclusive designs. Current prices are always on the pricing page.

Can I use gold or a colour of my own?

The colours belong to each design. You choose the design and write the content; individual colours are not editable.

Which design suits a very formal family?

Ivory & Gold and Bordeaux are the usual choices for a formal evening, with Royal Night for a darker, grander one.

Can I add Arabic calligraphy?

The designs use proper Arabic type. Custom calligraphy artwork is not part of the editor.

Will it look right on every phone?

The layouts adapt to the screen. Open the demo on your own phone and a few friends' phones before you order.
