Wedding RSVP online: who is coming, counted before the night
RSVP turns an invitation into a headcount. You add your guests, each household gets its own link, and you watch the replies arrive in one list. On the night, the same list runs the door.
A personal link for every household
You enter each guest or family and the number of seats you have kept for them. They open their own link, which already knows their name, and answer yes or no. They can change the party size within what you allowed, add the companions' names and leave a note, such as a dietary request.
You can paste your list from a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp message and the names, numbers and sections are read for you.
Men's and women's evenings
Many families celebrate in separate halls. Mark each guest as men, women or family, and each sees the invitation made for their evening, with only their own details.
You can also record whose side a guest is on, which helps when two families each have their own count.
Deadlines and reminders
Set a reply deadline and the page tells guests until when they can change their answer. A reminder mode lists the guests who have not replied and prepares a WhatsApp message for each, using your wording.
You press send yourself. Dawati does not message anyone behind your back, which keeps the invitation personal.
The door on the night
Every confirmed household gets an entry QR card. A separate door link, which cannot open your guest list, lets the person at the entrance scan a card with the phone camera and see the party size. How it works, and what to do for guests without a phone, is in the QR guide.
RSVP is set up with an access code from the studio. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will start it with you.

How do I start RSVP?
Ask us for an access code on WhatsApp. With it you create your event and guest list, and get the links to send.
What does RSVP cost?
RSVP has no price listed on the site; it is set up with the studio. Message us and we will confirm before you begin.
Can a guest change their answer?
Yes, until the deadline you set. After it, the page tells them the date has passed.
Do guests need an account?
No. They open their personal link and answer. Nothing to install.
Can I export the guest list?
You see all replies, party sizes and notes in your list. If you need it in another form for your caterer, tell us what you need and we will help.
Can the person at the door see my whole list?
No. The door link only checks cards in. It cannot open your dashboard, and your owner link cannot be used at the door.
